Delivery and Return Policy:

  •  Booking and delivery policy:

The reservation is considered confirmed only by issuing an invoice from the Millennium Program

- For reservation, the customer must send the name, phone number, address and social media account username

- If outside Baghdad governorate, reservation must be confirmed by 2 phone numbers

- In the event that the customer wishes to add a piece in the event that the order does not leave the warehouse, it will be added to the same invoice

- In the event that the order is out of the warehouse, a new invoice must be created

- In the event of canceling the invoice, before the goods leave the warehouse, the order will be canceled directly from the Millennium Program

- In the event of canceling the invoice, after the goods leave the warehouse, the customer is informed that he has the possibility to cancel after communicating with the delivery representative

- Delivery inside Baghdad averages 24 hours, and the rest of the provinces averages 48 hours

- The cost of delivery to all provinces is 10 thousand Iraqi dinars, and inside Baghdad is 10 thousand Iraqi dinars

- The customer receives a phone call to the number mentioned in the invoice from the delivery representative on the same day of delivery

- The item will not be delivered and heading to the delivery address until after the delivery representative’s call is answered

- In the event that the request is delayed within the period mentioned in this law, the customer has the right to know the reasons for the delay, to communicate with the pages to find out the reason for the delay

- The customer has the right to add a second piece to the bill on the same day, provided that it does not exceed 12 o'clock at night


  •  Return and exchange:

- M-C Company grants its customers the right to exchange, return, damage to the piece, or non-conformity of the ordered piece within 7 days of receipt

- The customer bears the delivery costs in case of replacement or return, which are estimated at 5,000 Iraqi dinars inside Baghdad and 10,000 Iraqi dinars to the rest of the provinces

- The company bears the delivery costs of 10 thousand Iraqi dinars in all Iraqi governorates and 5 thousand Iraqi dinars inside Baghdad in case the piece is damaged or does not conform to the order sent by the customer

- The customer has the right to check the part in the presence of the delivery representative in a period not exceeding 5 minutes

- The customer has the right to refuse to receive the order, to return it or to replace it, provided that he bears the delivery costs in the presence of the representative, amounting to 10,000 Iraqi dinars for the governorates and 5,000 Iraqi dinars for Baghdad.

- After the delivery representative leaves the place of delivery, the order is considered finished, unless there is damage to the piece or an error in the order

- If the delivery representative leaves the place of delivery, the customer’s right to deal with the delivery representative shall be forfeited

- After the delivery representative leaves, communication is exclusive and only with sales representatives on social networking sites or the customer service number by direct call or WhatsApp

- The customer has the right to return the piece in case of damage within 24 hours of receipt

The company will take care of the delivery fee in case the piece of 10 thousand Iraqi dinars is damaged to the governorates and 5 thousand Iraqi dinars to Baghdad
